Hal Linstone Dr. Linstone is Emeritus Professor of System Science at Portland State University, editor-in-chief of the journal Technological Forecasting and Social Change. He invented the famous consensus/survey technique, The Delphi Method. He is the author of several books including The Unbounded Mind: Breaking the Chains of Traditional Business Thinking, and his most recent Decision Making for Technology Executives: Using Multiple Perspectives to Improve Performance (1999). |
