In order to accentuate the "people dynamics" – networking and conversation – of our intellectual gatherings, the Institute for Science has adopted a new format for the Thursday evening events.

Booksigning: At 6:15 PM in the lobby of the Schnitzer Concert Hall. Meet your friends – or perhaps someone new.

The Presentation: Starts at 7 PM, lasts about one hour. Q&A will be about 30 minutes. This portion of the evening ending by 8:30 PM.

The Dinner: VIP dinner at either the Heathman or the Hilton, where the speaker will answer questions for an additional 30 minutes. The cost of the dinner is separate from the lecture tickets.

All personal information submitted to ISEPP using our online input and order forms is kept private. We take every precaution to protect our users’ personal information. When users submit personal information via our website, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our website asks users to enter personal information (such as credit card numbers) this transaction takes place on a secure server and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry.

We use the information submitted to ISEPP using our online input and order forms to contact you about our services that you have already expressed interest in. ISEPP partners with service providers to host our website and other online publications, which means that these third parties may have access to your personal information. We do not, however, permit third-party service providers to use or share any personally identifiable information that we provide to them.

At ISEPP's discretion, we make periodic agreements to share our mailing list with other nonprofit organizations. In these agreements we permit the nonprofit organization to make a one-time use of our mailing list when that nonprofit organization offers a service, product, or information that ISEPP has determined to be useful or of interest to our users. The mailing list that we share with these organizations includes users’ names and e-mail addresses, but does not include users’ financial information, such as credit card numbers or purchasing or donation history. Other than described above, ISEPP does not disclose our personally identifiable information without your permission, except when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, such a when disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms of Use or may be causing injury to ISEPP or another party’s rights
or properties.

ISEPP reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to you. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy on our website.
